These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 1010bet ("Platform", "we"), which operates the website https://1010bet.best and all associated services including Sports Betting, online casino, poker, crash games, and other available products.

The use of services provided by 1010bet is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Brazil. Age verification is mandatory and is carried out using the CPF provided at registration. Access by users under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any accounts created in the name of minors will be closed immediately with all balances cancelled.
To create an account with 1010bet, a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil is required. The CPF will be automatically verified at the time of registration. It is not possible to create an account using another person's CPF, a cancelled CPF, or a CPF subject to legal restrictions.
Each individual may hold only one active account at 1010bet. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to multiply bonuses, abuse promotions, or circumvent restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and cancellation of the corresponding balances.
A 1010bet uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, including verification of CPF, IP address, device, and payment data. Attempts to create multiple accounts are identified and treated as fraud.
A 1010bet may request identity verification documents at any time, including to process withdrawals above certain amounts. The most commonly requested documents are a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address (no older than 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) for their account at 1010bet. Users must keep their registration details up to date, especially their address, email, and phone number. Outdated information may delay verification and withdrawal processing. Changes to sensitive data such as CPF and date of birth are not permitted after registration.
All official communications from 1010bet with the User are conducted in Brazilian Portuguese, whether by email, platform notifications, or live chat. All deposits must be made using payment methods solely owned by the registered User at 1010bet. Deposits made by third parties (family members, friends, partners) are not accepted and may result in account suspension until the source of funds is verified. This rule exists to protect Users against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
The primary and preferred withdrawal method at the 1010bet is Pix, processed within up to 10 minutes of the request, seven days a week, including weekends and national holidays. No fees are charged on Pix withdrawals. The minimum Pix withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.
Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional security verification, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours. TED withdrawals are processed on business days within up to 1 business day after approval. The 1010bet does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix or TED.
To request a withdrawal, the User must have completed the full identity verification process (KYC), have no pending security reviews on the account, and have an available real-money balance — meaning bonus funds still subject to rollover cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met. Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account holder used for the original deposit, wherever possible.
A 1010bet never requests upfront fees to process withdrawals. If anyone contacts you claiming you need to pay to withdraw, it is a scam. Report it to support immediately.
All bonuses and promotions at 1010bet are subject to specific terms published on each promotion's page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail. The key points that apply to all bonuses are:
The welcome bonus at 1010bet is available exclusively to new Users making their first deposit. It is granted once per CPF, address, device, and IP address. Users who create additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus again will have all accounts closed and all balances canceled.
A 1010bet monitors betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse — such as simultaneously betting on opposing outcomes ("arbitrage"), low-risk accumulator bets with no genuine exposure, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without real game risk. In confirmed cases of abuse, 1010bet may cancel the bonus, reverse any winnings generated from it, and close the account.
A 1010bet offers betting markets on football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and international leagues), MMA and UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. A bet is considered valid only after the confirmation displayed on screen and the record appearing in the account history. The official result used to settle bets is the final result ratified by the event's organizing body. The 1010bet does not recognize as valid any outcomes for events scheduled on unconfirmed future dates, nor results published by unofficial sources.
If a sports event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the User's balance. If an event is interrupted after it has started and is not completed within 24 hours, bets on markets that have not yet been settled will be refunded. Markets whose outcome was already determined before the interruption will be settled as normal.
A 1010bet reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (such as odds that are clearly out of line with market reality) before or after bets are settled. Bets placed at odds with an evident error may be voided or adjusted to the correct value, at the discretion of 1010bet. The User will be notified by email in the event of cancellation or adjustment.
The casino at 1010bet offers slots, live table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, dragon tiger), crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX), online poker, and live game shows. All games are supplied by certified providers and undergo regular RNG (Random Number Generator) audits by independent bodies.
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an ongoing casino game, 1010bet will restore the session to its state prior to the failure whenever technically possible. When restoration is not possible, the bet from the interrupted round will be refunded. The 1010bet is not liable for failures caused by the User's internet connection or issues with the device being used.

The total liability of the 1010bet toward any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the User's account at the time the damaging event occurred.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 1010bet via live chat or email. Before closing, the User must withdraw any available real balance — unconverted bonus balance will be cancelled upon closure. The closure process is completed within up to 5 business days of the request.
A 1010bet may close or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, use by minors, accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no balance, or by order of a competent authority. In cases of closure due to violations, the bonus balance is forfeited. The net real balance, after any fraud-related adjustments, will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for deposits.
A 1010bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated to the User via their registered email and/or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Civil Code, and applicable legislation governing the online betting and entertainment sector in Brazil.
To resolve any dispute arising from the use of 1010bet, the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
